WLO might be using that channel, or one near it. Currently I am hearing XSV from
China in Morse at 1056.

The RTTY/SITOR stations ID in Morse. Those stations are always QRM for AFN from
Diego, which still seems to be off the air.

WLO might be using that channel, or one near it. Currently I am hearing

It is WLO not RLO. I had my morse W mixed up with R. Time for me to
brush up....
