Just on a side note, I've had good luck getting them on 13620 after 2200
with my ICF-SW7600G/AN-LP1 combo. (Judging by the signal strength, they could easily sign on an hour earlier and still deliver a good signal.) No idea when fadeout is, given 2200z already is midnight local time and I usually have to get up early...
