I think the announcement said second-half of '04 before. Well heck, the last quarter is in the second half. :-) Steve Holland, MI Drake R7, R8 and R8B http://www.iserv.net/~n8kdv/dxpage.htm Waiting for Grundig to release their new E1 XM, formerly Satellit 900, seems like an exercise in futility. Earlier this year, I think, the expected release date was "Spring of 2004" and of course let's not forget the 5 years of teasing about it along the way. Does anybody remember when it was about finsished testing and ready for manufacture when Grundig found that the microprocessor they selected was no longer going to be made/available? If/when this radio gets released I sure hope it's worth the wait. Howard |
