Tracking Exercise (?)

Per Tim Braun on the WUN mailing list there is what seems to be a
tracking excercise on 8668.5 USB.

Heard here at 1100.

tracking excercise on 8668.5 USB.

Tracking net is still up as of 2215.

Heard here at 1100.

Still being heard at 1300. This tracking net is thought to be associated
with the carrier USS Harry S. Truman.
