Probably the Royal Marines. They are notorious for being unable to navigate. They once landed in Spain instead of Gibraltar when on a coastal patrol. The difference is only a few yards, there are no signs saying 'you are entering Spain' nor is there a demarcating fence at the place they were practicing landing on a beach.
