I've been hearing a fairly strong signal on 7460 since about 2145z.
Initially, they were playing what sounded like African music. Then at 2200z
I heard what sounded like news in Arabic. Any idea what it is?

That's the clandestine, National Radio of the Saharan-Arab Democratic Republic.

They generally go into Spanish at 2300.

Transmitters believed to be in Algeria, per reports.
