Received following NAVTEX transmission:

NADA NADA RCB RCB RCB RCB DE WX WX WX WX

What in the heck is this? All I can guess is that it's a request for
weather info.

Well if RCB is the possible call sign it's from Russia.

Well if RCB is the possible call sign it's from Russia.


If it is indeed RCB I did some Googling and found that RCB is the call of
the Western Sector Aero Station somewhere in Russia.

May or may not be it.
