Propagation seems to be getting poorer on the upper frequencies due to
declining sunspot numbers, coupled with an M class flare.

Kol Israel on 17535 and 15640 are poor at 1700 in English, with 17535
being the better frequency here.

English on 15615, 15640, and 17535 with 15615 being very weak to
