OT Another "Mission accomplished"? I sure hope not..
 

Going by what happened the LAST time he declared victory, this may well
turn out to be the stupidest thing he's ever said. It's a bloody
invitation to make an even bigger liar out of him.

It would appear that every time he opens his mouth, somebody dies.
What sort of Cocaine induced fantasy would make him say the following?
