New DXing opportuniies in US re-deployment?
 

US strategy is changing as our enemies change. It would appear from this
article we're shooting for mobility (bad choice of words?). Rather than large
fixed forces, Germany, Korea, etc. we'd have more mobile forces. Would this
increase reliance on communications? More DXing opportunities?
