Hurricanes
 
If you didn't get your fill with Hurricane Charley it looks as though
another is on its way for next week.

Also, there is Tropical Storm Danielle, but this one appears to be
tracking north in the Atlantic.

Yeah, and it looks like some other cool frequencies to download weather maps
from are the frequencies of Canadian Forces Metoc Centre a.k.a. CFH,
Canada's version of our USCG weather radio system. Like the USCG, they
transmit a mix of maps and satellite photos as well as RTTY weather info
text.

I was surprised they give as much info on the hurricanes as the USCG does,
considering they're in Canada. Some good CFH frequencies to monitor are
10534 kHz and 13508 kHz.
