Bahamas AM Radio

When I lived in West Palm FL, Bahamas radio on 810 KHz was good copy even in
the daytime. Has anyone copied any of the 3 active stations at night?

810 KHz, 1240KHz, 1540 KHz? Might be interesting during Frances pass

"ZNS" - Radio Bahamas, Nassau, received quite clearly for several days at
0500 UTC (near sunrise local time) around end June. That's 7,500 miles from

ZNS is coming in like a local here in Puyallup, WA-- via their live internet
stream, of course. g Interesting talk about the hurricane with the ZNS
announcer fielding calls and observations from people around the islands.
Currently the Bahamas weather people are warning of a 15-ft. storm surge
that's possible. Check out: www.znsbahamas.com

John-- that's a great catch of ZNS the old fashioned way!

Guy
