North Korea in English 15180 @ 1:00 UTC

15180 @ 1:00 UTC. North Korea with a good signal. Peaks at S-7 with some
flutter and QRN. Clear audio. News in English. Only took them thirty
seconds into the program before they got on the "Great Leader" KJI

I have them here as well, also with what appears to be China, CNR1 co-channel
underneath them //15300.
