18% OF FED BUDGET IS FOR SECRET PROJECTS!

Which Line Items are Marked "Shhh...Secret"?

How much of the Defense Department's budget is slated for secret stuff?

Analysts who have looked closely at the spending plan suggest it's just over
$26 billion -- or 18 percent of the total.

The Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments reports that, when adjusted
for inflation, the Fiscal Year 2005 budget includes more classified spending
than any other defense budget since 1988.

By their analysis, classified funding has nearly doubled in real terms since
1995.

That's good. I want them spending more, and more on tracking down assholes.

If you're a Liberal, just send in more, and stop bitching.
