@ 02:06 UTC it peaks at S-9 with occasional fade down to as low as S-4.
There is some moderate QRN that gets heavy with the fade outs. The audio
isnt all that strong for the strength of the signal. Still, bettet then
usual for this time.

To go along with that being better then usual, VOR on 7180 right now is 20+
