Why is the same, tired old overwrought "interpretation " of a
murderous terrorist "well-worth reading"? Does it really take any
skill or intelligence to start with a preconception---find some way,
any way, to blame the West-- and twist one's so-called "facts" to meet
that preconception? The concept of Bin Laden, presumably bereft of
his own free will, as "creation" is as ludicrous as the inability of
those who float such an idea to make any moral judgment---except, of
course, in one instance--when that judgment can be anti-American.

Americans good. Bush bad. 'nuff said..

I tried canceling that message. The 'snipped' URL was bad. I had garbage
in the copy memory when I pasted the address.

My message disappeared here, so I thought it was gone everywhere. Looks
like Gore could have done a better job when he invented the Internet.

Thanks for the best laugh I've had today.

My favorite part was this:

"Bin Laden was at the center of one of the most important events of
the 20th century: The fall of the Soviet Union. Political pundits
like to credit Reagan and the senior Bush for the collapse of that
regime, but out in front of them, in the mountains of Afghanistan,
was Osama bin Laden and al Qaeda, the sharp end of our sword, who
did their job very well. Today, the United States faces this group
and its leader, armed with their well-learned and America-taught
lessons: How to kill massively and how to annihilate a superpower."

I'm going to print that out a few dozen times on my printer. Then I'm

going
to run those papers through the shredder, after which I'm going to

sprinkle
them on my pumpkin patch. You guys think you've seen big pumpkins before?
Step back...mine are gonna be freaking HUGE!
