Standoff Insulators?
When I go to Rat Shack's website, the only standoff insulators I find
are for attaching to masts or screwing into wood. What if you need to attach standoff insulators to concrete or masonry? Anyone have any suggestions? I'd like to find some....preferably some that don't do a lot of damage to the surfaces they attach to. Steve |

That's a really good suggestion.
It is probably much cheaper than the Andrew stand-off model 11662-3. You can get them from TESSCO for about $28 each. Based on the price I would look around hamfests etc for pieces of ceramic or use the PVC with insulators from Agway. A flat piece of metal with 3 holescan be used for the anchor. The middle hole is where you attach the PVC etc. Like a sideways "T" mc |
