Outrageous Radio Price

Look here to see where somebody paid $140 for a used Sony 7600GR ($127.51
Radio + $11.70 Shipping). Call me a waster of money but I would rather order
a brand new unit with a factory warranty for $5 more. Looks like the person
is getting ripped off on the shipping to.

I have noticed lately that people on Ebay will pay as much or more money for
something used than they can buy a new one for. Maybe I should advertise my
old worn out socks on there. ;)

Some fools will buy anything. What colour are the socks? If you want to
save listing fees, I'm sure we can work something out..as long as you
don't ship UPS.

Well the socks are black and most of the holes in them aren't too big. They
hardly stink at all as long as you don't get too close to them. Whoops I
should make sure I don't stray too far from shortwave subjects here. Oh
yeah...Hang them on your long wire antenna to air them out a bit.

*Note: Not responsible for antenna damage, radio damage, or mysterious
ailments caused to your cat by these socks. Shipping charges are your
responsibility and the shipping container must be marked "DANGEROUS CARGO".

Hmm, actually, I was interested in the socks. So maybe you SHOULD list them
on ebay and we can bid against each other....

Mark.

Hey..quit trying to wreck my deal. I was here first. Anyway..it's not
like I've NEVER had socks before...it's just that I think I sold my last
pair WAY too cheaply and haven't been able to afford the new dream pair
I saw through the window of the clothing store last January.

I scraped a bit of the ice on the window away and gazed wistfully until
the store shut the lights off at closing time. I dreamt of those socks
that night.

NO unknown fibres...man..life would be so good...I'd even save the paper
band holding the two *matching* socks together to remember the event. Of
course, I hear that ten cents extra in the laces is the equivalent of
DOLLARS in the shoes, so there has to be SOME balance here.
