golden.net joins communist China and
Russia as being totally blocked at my
sites because of obscene material.

When I looked, I had 253 messages
in rec.radio.shortwave.

When I filtered by "Internet Header
contains 'golden.net'", the message
count went to 149 articles.


Sorry if there are any innocent victims but - as it stands right now - the
messages coming from golden.net meet at least one definition of "obscene",
from _The American Heritage Dictionary_, def #3: "3. Offensive or repulsive
to the senses; loathsome . . .".

I have to agree Gray, the truth about the Bush administration is loathsome
and repulsive to the senses.

The other morning I had about 70 new headers. After kill filtering the
spam monkey:

yojimbo
monsieur sandman
makihara
norman s. smiley
supernovii
son of mustang ford
pixonik
t-model ford
mental case
zerbo
bubb ho-tep

the new headers' count was down at like 32. The *******'s posting more
messages (all spam by the way) than the collective effort of all the
legimate posters combined. That's pretty pathetic, eh?

I've decided that my next email of complaint is going to bypass
in order to get around the foot-draggers at the abuse
departmant who have so far not responded. I think I'll try the
president of Golden Net, Tim Kutt. His email address is easily found

Anyone think the same guy is also posting via usenetserver.com sometimes?
The character of the posts are one-in-the-same. Usenetserver.com only
keeps logs for 48 hours, "for spammers," so it may be hard to get them to
do anything

spammer's MO.

Spam is junk. What I offer is unvarnished truth. And no, like Osama and
