Tropical band DX'ing is lots of fun because there always seems to be lots of surprises, but for the same reason, I always have a hard time figuring out what I'm hearing. Half the time I'm hearing something other then what I think it is. There are a lot of good on-line lists for the sw bands, but I cant find a good tropical band list. Any suggestions ??? Probably the most accurate one for Latin America is this one, updated often: http://www.sover.net/~hackmohr/sw.htm dxAce Michigan USA Thanx !!! Multiple lists will be even better. :-) Any idea what it was I might have heard on 4115 a few times between 6 and 8 UTC ??? Was music in Spanish. It was a fair signal the three times I heard it, but it had major fade. It went from about S-6 and clear all the way down to nothing. I couldn't find any listing for this at all. Also.. I'm sure it was exactly 4115. That is where the zero beat was for sure. Michael |
