Problems at RADIO JAPAN ??

It is now around 0107 UTC. For the past 45 min or so, I have been hearing
very good signals on 11895 from NHK/Radio Japan, however all they are doing
is playing the interval signal and multi-language ID's over and over. No
programming.

Hmmm.....

Everything seemed hunky-dory during Radio Japan's English broadcast at
0500 UT on 6110 kHz.
