I was listening to that "Special English" station one night,
and I was thinking that it would be nice if Spain did the same
thing with Spanish, France with French, Russia with Russian,
and so on.

It would really help those of us who would like to learn a
foreign language, yet can't afford an immersion trip to Europe.

Some people are naturally born speaking French . . .
Others spend their whole lives wishing they could )

"Special French" would mean using a Limited Vocabulary.
Which would 'imply' Limited Intelligence.
