Spectrum was considered a limited resource and government permission was required to use it. In return, conditions were imposed. Why are these conditions a good idea? If these conditions are a good idea, why aren't they a good idea for all the sources of a person's information? There is no apparent shortage of newsprint for purchase. Oh.
