Radio Pardoe?
 

Could anyone tell me the country of orgin and corect spelling of Radio
Pardoe. Today (10-16-04) I heard them on 9805 and 9865 between 1:30
and 2:00 UTC. I heard dozens of Ids but I did not understand the
langauge and couldn't get the correct spelling. Any info apreciated.

PS: I lost my copy of passport and don't feel like ordering a new copy
at this time of year.

I show VOA's "Radio Farda" program via Briech, Morocco at that time. That's
likely what you heard, since they would ID as "Radio Farda" and not VOA.

That is correct. "Farda" is pronounced "pardoe."
