During a CBC strike in the early 80's, RCI SW transmitters were off the air and a pirate by the name of Radio Clandestine did broadcast on one of the RCI frequencies in the 25 mb. I caught it as I was bandscanning. It can happen that some pirates broadcast inside the "usual" SW bands.
