Australia. Starting October 31, Radio ``Voice International`` will
broadcast in Chinese, Indonesian and English, in the latter language
at 0900 UTC on 11955 and 13685 kHz, at 1100 UTC on 13635 and 13685
kHz, at 1500 UTC on 13635 and 15150 kHz and from 1800 to 2100 UTC on
11685 kHz. The station is part of Vision International Network and
runs transmissions from Chile, Zambia and Uzbekistan. The QSL address
is: Voice International TM, P.O.Box 1104, Buderim, QLD 4556,
Australia.

Swaziland. A traditional African station is Trans World Radio
Swaziland, which turns 30 years on November 1. The English broadcasts
a Sunday from 0300 to 0330 UTC on 3200 kHz, from 0430, on weekends
from 0500 to 0600 UTC on 4775 kHz and on week days from 0430 to 0900
UTC on 6120 kHz, and from 1730 to 1900 UTC on 9500 kHz. The new
Jubilee QSL card can be obtained from: TWR, P.O.Box 64, Manzini,
Swaziland.
