WLO is a coastal station and sends and receives ship traffic. (Mobile Radio,
Alabama)
NOJ should be the COMSTA in Kodiak, Alaska
NMC should be the COMSTA in San Francisco
IAR is Rome Radio, Italy
PPR is a coastal station in Rio d. Janiero, Brazil
SVO is in Greece, also a coastal station.
NMN is the COMSTA in Norfolk, VA
NMO is the COMSTA is Honolulu
TAH should be Istanbul Radio, also a coastal station.

VXZ would appear to be Canadian, from the callsign allocation.
