My mistake. I mis-understood BBC's "all day" election coverage. Yes,
it's all day, but mixed in with other programming. At the time I was
listening, the BBC was devoting a full hour to the U.S. election
coverage with reports and opinions from various European sites and
governing states -- including the straw vote from Harry's Bar in
Paris(?). Extremely informative and interesting. It's probably an hour
they'll re-run again later in the day.
