Clearly, "she" is mentally unbalanced, making references to me
personally, where I live, my wife's name, etc.



Any time that sort of thing is done, it's probably a good idea to notify the
FBI and cc: your local sheriff and police chief as a matter of policy. Just a
FYI letter to be stored or acted upon, as necessary.

It's pretty obvious that this "'s elevator doesn't go all
the way up to the 2nd floor.

"She" is obviously willing to go waaaay over the edge, so I don't
think it will do you any good to appeal to "her" better nature. Better
to send a complaint to the address above, and hope the Verizon will
do the right thing, and at least send her a warning.
