I've got to admit, I'm more than a little bit disturbed by your defense of
an alleged pedophile. You don't spend any time arguing that "the jury's
out", he's due his day in court, that all of the testimonials cited
could -easily- be hoaxes, etc. all of which would be perfectly valid and
appropriate arguments that I would support. Instead, you spend your
bandwidth arguing that we all make mistakes, we all have the savory juices
of sin on our chins, or whatever it was you said. (Thanks for the visual,
btw...not.) Your arguments are all of the "who will cast the first stone?"
variety. Why is that? Do you have similar demons in your closet? Why have
you taken the particular tack that you have? I predict that you won't answer
my questions directly. If in fact I'm correct in that prediction, you can
send -me- all of your money since clearly I'm a better prophet than Stair
is, and I'm more worthy of your devotion and support.

And in answer to the question who will cast the first stone, if it's a
pedophile we're targeting, well...I'd like to volunteer. Unfortunately, with
a nym like mine you'd be correct in assuming that I've got a pretty good
throwing arm, and that I'd spoil everyone's fun by ending the festivities
prematurely. So I probably wouldn't get to throw until the very last.

But anyway, this isn't one of those "a sin is a sin" arguments. These are
(alleged) "sins" against children, and your arguments of "people do bad
things" simply don't hold up. I've done plenty of bad things. I've never
raped, though, and I've never touched a kid. Stop trying to compare Stair's
love apples to our oranges.

I like Stair. Now, if I had put my trust in him, and he had violated
any creature dear to me, I'd have taken vengeance myself. So, there is
my hypocrisy. Like I've said, the court will hash through the various

Since he supposedly has no money he is either using 501(C)3
contributions for his legal defense which would be income, and possibly
taxable; he has a "friend" who is picking up the tab which would
possibly also be taxable; the lawyers are working for nothing which is
doubtful; or he has court appointed attorneys which is very doubtful.

With hired guns (attorneys) and bribed judges he will probably get off
with probation (electronically monitored) or "time served" considering
the two years he has been in jail or has been under electronic
surveillance. This is one of the things many of the folks who left the
farm could not understand. "The wheels of 'justice' turn veeerrry
slowly!" Some were predicting that he'd be out of business within a
year. I'm predicting he will get very little additional time, if any at
all.

Our "judicial" system does not want to do away with crime. Too many
folks would be out of business. CRIME PAYS for the crooks all too often
and for the judicial system every time one is caught.

Therefore, they *may* want to give him five years probation so his
parole officer will have a job for that five years! ;-)
