Europirate (?) on 6220 now

Unid station, possible Euro-pirate on 6220 from 0553 UTC still going with
fair signal. Pop music, with woman giving an unintelligible ID "______
radio" sounds like, followed by a witch cackle.

Anyone else hearing this?
