Is this the correct link? It is a story about a CBer interfering with a
neighbor.

I believe the point was that if the FCC won't do a damn thing about
swearing and obscenities interfering with your tv and stereo, then
they sure as heck are *not* going after the big power companies who
screw up your shortwave listening.

It will be handled by you, the shortwave listener with BPL interference,
buying the highest power CB transceiver legally available, and chatting
with other people during prime-time internet usage time, knocking the part-
15-device BPL system off intermittently.

Oh, you meant the FCC. They won't do anything.

Frightening the yaks, Dale Parfitt just had to say:

Probably correct Mike. Even though we are dealing with different areas of
the FCC rules ( BPL falls under part 15). It seems in their latest rulings,
the FCC is going to give more headroom to whatever inteference is caused by
BPL.
Looks like our best hope is that BPL is horrible technology and will likely
be outmoded by WiMax, WiFi, fiber, Cable, Flarion etc.

Well, I just had a wonderful, evil idea. Think for a moment of
noise canceling headphones. All you need is a circuit that can
invert a signal and insert it back within a degree or two of
phase.

What did you say was the highest frequency on BPL?

OK, maybe it wasn't wonderful, but you have to admit it was evil.
