1580khz Vietnamese Pop Music

Logged this station driving home. At 6:05pm local, still playing strong
at 7:54pm local. I am 60 miles due east of Orlando, FL. Is this
Orlando? If not, where is it from?

Thanks!

I'm just north of you in Daytona Beach, can hear the same station at
2100 Local but weak. Don't know if its in Orlando or not but down on
1020KHz been receiving strong non-english station and what sounds like a
timesignal station. Normally on 1020 KHz I can receive KDKA out of
Pittsburgh but tonight they're totally wiped out. With the solar flares
its really got some interesting things happening.

For MW I'm using a JRC NRD535, 150' longwire.

At 9am local this station is louder than a local station! Still no I.D.
given. Just continuous Vietnamese pop music. I'm in Viera, FL (Brevard
County.)

My best guess is Ecuador. HD2IOA. If that's the case, that's
one helluva catch! Auroral MW DX can be fun!

Ooops, my "bad." They also broadcast at 1510 KHz. For some
reason, I thought it was 1580. Ahh, well, you're never too young
for Alzheimer's!
