Latin sounding musica on 4915 and something different on 4920?? From whence does it come?

Can't find these freq in any shortwave log. The stations are very
faint.

You are probably hearing Radio Nacional, Macapa, Brazil on 4915 khz.
And Radio Quito, Quito, Ecuador on 4920.
