If you appreciate electronic construction and layout,
my vote goes to any of the Hammarlund radios.
They were built "to last forever"....
Dials and controls .....s m o o t h....
If you pull the case, they're beautiful.
No construction shortcuts.

If you've ever marveled at the construiction
of the older Tektronix Oscilloscopes,
you know what I'm talking about.
