GOT IT!!!!! 13254.0 usb at 14:28 utc. low, w/noise.
landing inst. and weather report. finally! i think
i got most of the broadcast. then, back into the
noise. thanks ACE. like the man says, ya gotta
listen. i'm surprised i got it, with the crappie
weather were having here in w.PA. made my holiday.

Dammit, I was stuffing my face and didn't turn the radio on, with guests and
all! Now this guy is in PA and gets it, good catch! Will be monitoring today
