Various new transmissions of China Radio International are being reported,
in readiness for their official launch on 28 November.

Correct me if I am wrong:

China has the most short-wave program transmissions than any other country.

Another fact: Communist China now has 13 mainland TV channels available from
DishNetwork.

The average Chinese citizen on the mainland still can not watch any foreign
TV broadcasts legally.
