BBC 15190
 

BBC 15190 seems to be having some trouble this morning, noted at 1610. At times
it almost seems as though the transmitter is about to start FM'ing.

Splatter noted up and down the band when it begins to have problems.

Another note: 15190 has been observed on it's second harmonic 30380 recently,
though I've not checked it here.

Just listened until sign-off, but didn't notice anything unusual here,
although it may have been subtle.

Just listened until sign-off, but didn't notice anything unusual here,
although it may have been subtle.

The problem was gone about 15-20 minutes after I first noted it. Either they
fixed the problem, or it resolved itself on its own.
