Can anyone suggest some good stations?

Can anyone suggest some good stations?

....Which broadcast in English at weekends and are a strong enough signal to
be heard on a simple antenna from Europe? Incidentally, I am at work
evenings Mon-Fri (6PM-midnight UTC), so no good then.
Any suggestions?
