I would like to display UTC in my tool bar but when set up for UTC it is in
the 12 hr format not the 24 hr format. Is their any way I can do this or is
their a program I can download to display UTC on my desktop? Using XPHome
for operation Sys.

in Windows XP to 24 hour.

Now, I have a question. Is there a way to show TWO times in the XP
toolbar? I'd like to show local (EST) time as it is currently and also
have a label "UTC HH:mm" which would be local + 5 hrs, except when on
DST which would be local + 4 hrs.

Is there a way to do this?

Hi Al,

If you mean showing two clocks in the "System Tray" as its called, then no,
you can't do that. But there's quite a few free downloads out there that
will allow you to configure a number of clocks and display them on your
screen.
