Most of the BBC local and national radio stations broadcast the timesignal
during the day. They are all on the internet - see

You will nead RealAudio player.

The CBC (Canada) Radio 1 (EN, FR) have time pips at different times during
the day.

CBU-SW might be able to provide a SW signal.

Or, try OGG VORBIS / or what ever audio CBC is streaming with....
