Numbers on 8096 khz

I love to stumble across numbers stations. I was tuning to a military
frequency a little while ago and just happened to hear a female voice
reading numbers in Spanish on 8096 khz. Strong signal, probably Cuban.

Just use your Freedom of Info rights. You may have to dig very deep.

Already been done. Tom Kneitel out of Pop Comm, Harry Helms and Havana Moon
used the FOI to obtain number station documents. Apparently the DoD or
whoever can censor words that are sensitive to national security.

I've seen the resulting bit of paper. It's all blacked out save for an
address and date.
