Certain gov't agencies have jammed gps frequencies for years for one reason
or another. There is also a protocol for falsifying the time transmission.
Using this method, you can take a North Korean missle and turn it around to
make it hit its home country by making it think it is somewhere that it
really is not.

they are required to be able to navigate without it. A half trained
terrorist on the other hand may have to rely on the GPS technology instead
of the other, more difficult to master navigation methods.
