Have noticed an interesting signal which has been reported of late on the WUN
reflector. I am hearing the phrase "Varmint, I'ma Gonna Blow Yah T'Smithereens" on 3700 at 0935 UTC. It is preceeded by some sort of digital sounding transmission. Interesting I guess is why this continues to be repeated. dxAce Michigan USA |

And of course, that's a phrase uttered by Yosemite Sam of Looney Tunes fame... dxAce Michigan USA |

According to the WUN listserver the 3700 signal was still being heard at 1850 (weak but readable) in Arizona which apparently points to a western locale for Yosemite Sam. dxAce Michigan USA |
