Default Torus Tuner Equivalent?

Just became aware of the existence of a highly recommended antenna, the
Torus Tuner.

Unfortunately, the maker of the antenna has ceased production due to health
reasons (cancer, I believe).

Is there another antenna of similar design available? If so, please post
the url.

Plumber's Loop Shortwave Listener's Antenna {Broad-Band}
- by Nicolae Santean
http://www.csd.uwo.ca/gradstudents/n...io/radio.shtml
"An inductor of 3uH tuned with a standard 365pF variable capacitor
covers from about 4.8MHz to about 24.5MHz. Hence, a loop having
this inductance (and tuned with the above mentioned VC) would
cover from 60m down to 13m - perfect for SWL.
Here is a simple (15 minutes of work) construction:"
