Who Is On 119955 kHz?
 

Does anyone know thru actual listening what shortwave station(s) is using
the frequency of 11955 kHz besides Deutsche Welle? I have a current issue
of the WRTH and know what stations are listed as saying that they are going
to use that frequency.

I heard them today from Seattle area 11.990 23:24 german with apparent world
news; I believe they were discussing the Sumatran Earthquake and relief
efforts - in particular, the animals' behavior puzzles scientists
(wissenschaftlers).
