At 21:37Z there is a dead (no modulation) carrier,
Just went to music at 21:38.
Thhe mode is AM, a spoof on the "California Sound",
ala "Beach Boys" with, with some QRM male unid SSB
signal nearly on same freq.
At 21:41 anouncer(s), wierd music mix with multiple
voice overs. It sounds like seveal different
stations at once.

They mention Radio Metallica Worldwide but I'm not 100% sure it is them or some
kind of spoof.
