Default French Langauge SW BC on US West Coast?

A co-worker speaks French, and would to hear some SW BC in French, here on
the West Coast of North America.

I've been tuning around recently from around 0100z to 1200z, and can't
hear any French... lots of Spanish, some Asian, mid-Eastern, even Radio
Australia in "Tok Pisin", the dialect of the Solomon Islands, but no
French..

Thanks in advance for any tips. --Leigh Marrin/KM6JE in Santa Barbara,
