I managed to snag one for a report on 4 Feb. 1982 on a frequency of 17895 kHz. J. Mark Costello III did indeed sign them and there is even a WRNO seal on the lower left corner. Good DX John Barnard |

Remember, the NEW WRNO will NOT be in anyway related to the WRNO-FM that is
