? FM Transmitter with RCA input, plug and play??

Hi Group,

I have a bud who would like a FM transmitter to send his stereo tunes
out to his back yard. I built my own but this chap is a non-builder,
needs plug and play.

Can anyone recommend a transmitter that takes RCA line inputs and is
plug and play?
